When Deja, The Overseer enters the battlefield, for each crime committed this game, each player chooses one-
•At random, exile seven nonland permanents you control.
•At random, exile three creatures you control and lose X life, X being the total mana cost of all creatures exiled this way.
When Deja, The Overseer dies, it's controller can commit one of each crime this turn at no mana cost.
