haste, and trample.
Whenever an opponent blocks one of your creatures, that creature gets +2/+3 until end of
turn unless an opponent pays {3}, if they do,
scry 2 then draw a card.
Whenever you scry, if you have a Loiber token creature on the battlefield, it gets +1/+1.
