If a player would search their library you may pay {1}, if you do that player exiles each card they find.
That player may play those cards from exile until
the end of their next turn. Nonland cards exiled
this way cost an additional {3} to cast. When that
player plays one of those cards, if it's a land card
it enters the battlefield tapped and you create a treasure token, if it's a nonland card investigate
and draw a card.
