Delayed Moment

At the beginning of your end step choose one -
•Exile target permanent and put a time counter
on it, it gains suspend.
•Choose a suspended card and put a time counter
on it.
Whenever you roll chaos, you exile up to
two cards from your hand. Put two time counters
on those cards. They gain suspend.
