Delaying Tactics

At the end of your 5th turn, count the number
of enemy units in engagement range of units from
your army. Divide that number in half. If that
number is less than 4 set the target to 4.
Roll a die for each enemy unit that is engaged
(+1 if they are battle-shocked, -1 if your unit is).
The goal is to get as many 4+ as your target.
