Whenever an ability from a creature you control
causes an opponent to exile one or more cards,
you may put up to one creature card from the
exiled cards under your control, except it gains
decayed. Put a creature onto the battlefield this
way only once each turn. (A creature with
decayed can't block. When it attacks, sacrifice
it at end of combat.)
