Each creature you control with a +1/+1 counter has all keywords of all other creatures you control with +1/+1 counters.
At the beginning of your upkeep, choose one:
You gain 3 life; or, Delget deals 1 damage to each creature you don't control; or, target creature gets -3/-3 until end of turn; or, Delget deals 3 damage to target player; or, put a +1/+1 counter on each other creature you control.
