When you cast a spell, a target permanent gains a Phage counter. If there are four or more Phage counters on that permanent, destroy it.

A target creature gains a Phage counter at the beginning of your upkeep. For each Phage counter, the creature you control gains +1/+1. They get -1/-1 if it’s a creature an opponent control.
