battlefield, target opponent becomes the monarch.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if an opponent
is the monarch, you may sacrifice 2 other
Humans. If you do, Delita deals damage equal
to their power combined to the monarch. Then,
choose another opponent. That opponent
becomes the monarch.
