Whenever Deluge Dragon deals combat damage
to a player, put a flood counter on target land
that player control. It becomes a basic Island and
loses all other types and abilities as long as you
control Deluge Dragon.
Fishermen of the Great Ocean always leave their
largest catch to appease the depths.
