Dementia can only be played as a result of Biden,
the Big Guy.
Shuffle everything into your library after first removing all lands.
You now play from your deck directly and
play each card blind, if a card requires a target
use dice to determine the target. This also applies
to your summoned creatures.
You must play 5 cards each turn and you lose
life at 10% of the normal rate.
