Dementor's Chill

Dementor's Chill enters the battlefield with X
Fog counters on it.
During each player's upkeep remove a counter
from Dementor's Chill, then that player chooses
a creature they control to get -X-X until end of
turn.
When there are no Fog counters on Dementor's
Chill, sacrifice it.
