Demeter is the goddess of Harvest and Fertility. She had a daughter with Zeus and her name was Persephone. Demeter’s daughter was taken to the underworld with Hades. Demeter seachered and seacherd trying to find her daughter. She was so preoccupied with finding her daughter she couldn’t do her job.
