Democratic Party Deck Rules

There are 3 types of Democrats - centrists (blue styling), radicals (red styling), and mainstreamers (green styling).
If there are more centrists than radicals, all
centrists get +1/+1, but all radicals get -1/-1.
Vice versa if there are more radicals.
Attacks not done by centrists are considered
partisan. This applies to Republicans too.
