When Demon Dealbroker enters the battlefield tap all creatures. They cannot
untap that turn. Damage can't be dealt that turn. At the beginning of each upkeep, that player may tap all creatures. They cannot untap that turn. Damage can't be dealt that turn. At the beginning of each players untap step, untap all creatures.
