Artist's Touch - When you cast a spell or activate an effect that deals damage or draws cards, add damage or draws to that card or effect equal to the amount of artist counters on Demonic Artist.

Demonic Artist enters the battlefield with X artist counters on it where X is the amount of mana spent to cast Demonic Artist.
