Ward: Shuffle your library.
When Demonic Stockbroker enters the battlefield, each player may search their library
for a card, reveal it, shuffle their library, and
then put that card second from the top. Then
you draw a card.
When Demonic Stockbroker leaves the
battlefield, shuffle your deck.
