Dent's Detonation

Destroy target artifact, then flip a coin. If you win the flip, Dent's Detonation deals 2 damage to that artifact's controller. If you lose the flip, Dent's Detonation deals 2 damage to you.
When planning his heists, Two-Face only considers the risk collateral damage about half of the time.
