Counter target spell. If that spell is countered
this way exile it instead. At the beginning of
your upkeep pay life equal to that spell's
converted mana cost. If you don't it's controller
may return that spell from exile to their
graveyard and may cast a copy of that spell
without paying it's mana cost.
