Depreciating Existence

When Depreciating Existence enters the battlefield put 2 time counters on each creature.
All creatures have vanishing 2 (This creature enters the battlefield with two time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter from it. When the last is removed, sacrifice it.)
Sacrifice a creature: put a time counter on each creature you control. Any player may activate this ability.
