Depression

Enchant Player
At the beginning of each of the enchanted player's upkeep that player must declare a phase, other than their upkeep. Enchanted player isn't able to play that phase until depression leaves the battlefield. If all of enchanted player's phases are no longer playable except upkeep, they then lose
the game.
