Depth of Hell

When ever a creature dies Exile it
Any player may pay {3}{p/b}to bring a creature
card they own back from exile to the battlefield.
Depth From Hell deal 5 damage to that player.
When Depth From Hell is put in to a graveyard shuffle it in your Library
