At the beginning of your upkeep if Despair has
less then 3 charge counters add 3 charge counters
minus the number of counters on Despair.
Remove 1 charge counter per ability
• deal 5 damage to target creature.
• prevent the next 5 damage that would be dealt
to a creature you control.
• if a creature you control dies this turn it instead returns to your battlefield tapped.
