Desperate Measures

Choose any number of creatures you control. For each one beyond the first, each opponent may choose a creature they control. Until end of turn, all creatures chosen this way gain Warp. (If this creature would leave the battlefield, instead shuffle it into owner's library. Reveal the top card of that player's library. If it is a permanent, put it onto the battlefield)
Destroy all creatures.
