Desperate Preservation

If a creature you control would be dealt damage, prevent one of that damage, tap that creature and put a +1/+1 counter on it.
If a creature you control with a +1/+1 counter on it dies, you may put that creature on the bottom of your library instead of into your graveyard. If you do, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature.
{3}{g}{g}: Regenerate all creatures you control, then remove all counters from them.
