Destined to Conquer

Commander tax does not apply to your
commander. If it deals a total of 21 damage to a
player during a given game, that player loses.
Whenever a player loses because of damage dealt
by your commander, remove Destined to
Conquer from the game and replace it with
Destined to Reign.
