Destruction of Alderaan

As Destruction of Alderaan enters the battlefield, choose Empire or Resistance.
Empire - At the beginning of your upkeep, destroy target land your opponent controls. Its controller may search his or her library for a basic land card, put that card onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle his or her library.
Resistance - At the beginning of your upkeep, search your library for a basic land card, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle your library.
