1-8= Each player may Detain target permanent, for
each one that does you may draw a card or Scy 2.
9-16= Detain up to 2 target permanents twice,
for each that you do not, Scry 1 & draw a card.
17-20= Detain up to 3 target permanents 3 times,
for each that you do not, Scry 1 & draw a card.
Retrace (You may cast this from your graveyard by discarding a land card & paying its other costs)
