Detect Thoughts

When you cast the spell and as your action on
each turn, you can focus your mind on a creature
and learn its surface thoughts. As an action,
you can probe deeper. The target make a Wisdom
saving throw. If it fails, you gain insight into its
reasoning and emotional state. If it succeeds, the
spell ends. This spell can also alert you to any
hidden, thinking creatures within 30 ft range.
