Determined Hollow

Enchant target player, that player names a creature card in play or in a graveyard.
At the beginning of enchanted player's upkeep, return a creature with the chosen name from a graveyard to the battlefield under your control. Put a 0/-1 counter on that creature for each time it has been returned this way. That creature has "attacks each turn if able."
