When this Warlord manifests a psychic
power that inflicts 1 or more mortal
wounds on an enemy unit, increase the
mortal wounds inflicted on that unit by 1
(e.g. D3 mortal wounds becomes D3+1).
The warlord is a prolific wielder of destructive
spells, often choosing to utilize the roiling
currents of the warp ahead of bolter and blade.
