When this enchantment enters the battlefield,
this enchantment gets 25 time counters -X. At
the beginning of each players upkeep, enchanted player removes a time counter from Devastation
Nears. When this enchantment has 0 time
counters left on it, enchanted player loses the
game. As soon as the first time counter is
removed from this enchantment, this
enchantment has hexproof.
