At the begging of your upkeep, if you have at least 10 cards in exile, Mortify target creature. (Until end of turn, target creature can't be targeted by spells of abilities from its controller. It also can't activate any activated abilities.)
Devastation Wanderer can't attack unless a creature an opponent controls is Mortified.
