Each opponent may search their library for an artifact card of mana cost {1} or less, put that
card onto the battlefield, then shuffle. Then, search your library for an artifact card
of casting cost {x}+{1} or less, where {x} is the number of opponents that searched their libraries this way, put that card onto the battlefield, then shuffle.
