Devil's Due

Devil's Due can't be countered.

Target opponent reveals their hand. You choose a
nonland card from it or a card from their graveyard.
Exile that card. If you control a creature with power
4 or greater, instead claim that card. (Exile it with
a claim counter on it. You may cast that card for
as long as it remains exiled with a claim counter on
it, and you may spend mana as though it were mana
of any type to do so.)
