Devious Infiltrator

When Devious Infiltrator enters play it Explores. Reveal the top card of your library. If it is a land, put it into your hand. If its not a land, the explorer receives a +1/+1 counter. You then decide whether the nonland card goes back on top of your library or into your graveyard.
Kicker: Return a creature you control to its owners hand. If Devious Infiltrator was kicked, it enters the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
