Devlock, Eater of Wealth

When Devlock enters the battlefield, discard the
top X cards of your opponents library where X
is the amount of cards in your graveyard. Put X
+1/+1 counters on Devlock when it enters the
battlefield where X equals half the cards in your
graveyard. At the start of each of your turns
discard the top {x} cards of your opponents
library, double the amount of cards discarded
this way each time you do this.
