Devolution Spray

Exile target Pokemon. The controller of
that pokemon may search their library or
cards they have in exile for a previous stage pokemon of the exiled pokemon and put it
into play. Shuffle your library. (ex. Exile a Charizard with Devolution Spray, that Charizard's controller may search their
library or exile cards for a Charmeleon and
put it into play.
