Devout Heretic

At the beginning of your upkeep, if Devout
Heretic doesn't have a vigilance counter on it and another creature you control does, put a vigilance counter on it. Repeat this process for deathtouch, hexproof, indestructible, lifelink, menace, reach,
and trample.
{w/b}, {t}: Put a +1/+1 counter on Devout Heretic. Activate this ability only if Devout Heretic has
three or more kinds of counters on it and only as
a sorcery.
