Dhansii, Acumen Storm

Players play with the top card of their library, bottom card of their library, and hand revealed.
Whenever you cast your first spell each turn, you may choose a revealed card with the same converted mana cost. If you do, until end of turn, you may cast that spell without paying its mana cost.
