While wearing this diadem, you can use a
bonus action to cast the Misty Step spell (Range 30ft) from it. Once used, the diadem shouldn't be used again until the wearers
next short rest. Each time it is used again before then, has a 30 percent chance of shattering the diadem, rendering it nonmagical.
