Dialga

Flying, trample, vigilance, haste
Dialga can't have -1/-1 counters placed on it.
Whenever a player cast a spell, exile target card
with less mana value than the spell or any card
from a graveyard, and put X time counters on
that card, where X the exiled card's mana value.
If that card doesn't have suspend it gains suspend.
Whenever a player taps a permanent, time travel. {t}, Exert Dialga: Dialga deals damage equal to its
power plus 5 to any nonplayer target, or put a
card from exile into
