Diary Entry 1
I was told to start keeping a diary for my own mental health. So what the hell I guess there is no harm in trying this thing out, see if it makes me feel any better, it's only for a week after all. So where to start? I guess I've been having a hard time sleeping as of late, its hard to explain but it never really seems like I've been sleeping? I guess its like sleepwalking? I just feel so tired like I've barely closed my eyes, my legs hurt and so do my arms? I dunno it's weird but hey that's what you are
