Whenever a land enters the battlefield, its owner
sacrifices it unless they pay {1}. If it was nonbasic,
that land enters the battlefield tapped.
Whenever a land leaves the battlefield, its owner
adds two mana of any one color. If it was basic,
add mana in any combination of colors instead.
