Dice Mimic

When this card if flipped face-up, each player
rolls a six-sided die, Dice Mimic deals {x}
damage to each player that didn't roll the
highest where {x} is equal to the highest roll
times 2. If two or more players tie for the
highest roll, none of those players take damage.
