Dice of the Trickster

These dice come in a bag with a large eye on
the front. Inside is a pair of dice. One black,
and one white.
You may spend an action to roll the dice.
When you roll the dice, discount the die with the lowest value and then have the DM refer
to the chart to see what happens. Should the dice have the same result, nothing happens.
