Dice rule

As dice rule enters the battlefield, each player roll a six sided die. The player with the highest number draws a card.
If a player roll a six sided die and it's not your turn, you may draw a card. If you don't, roll a die too, if the results are the same, copy the spell and choose a new target for the copy.
