1 - Exile all creatures on the battlefield.
2 - Return all Creatures from the graveyard to the battlefield under their owner's control
3 - Each player mills 5
4 - Each player draws 5, the maximum hand size is increased by 5 for the next 5 upkeeps
5 - The active player may put a Celestus into play without paying its mana cost
6 - Celestus cards cannot be played for the rest of the game. Shuffle the Celestus pile then put it face down with a cycle counter on it.
