Difference in Perspective

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that
player would declare Compassion or Power. If
the player chooses Compassion, that player
draws two cards. If the player chooses Power,
that player create two treasure tokens.
At the beginning of each player's end step, if
that player chose Compassion, they discard
two cards. If that player chose Power, they
sacrifice a target permanent they control.
