Dig for Answers

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that
player may put a permanent from their hand
into play.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may put a
Search counter on Dig for Answers. Then you may
search your library for a permanent with CMC
less than the number of Search counters on Dig
for Answers, reveal it, and put it into your hand.
Dig for Answers can be your commander.
